Recommended daily dosage
Begin with 1 gram (6 tablets) per day and increase by 1 or 2 tablets per day during the first week to the suggested regular use 3 grams (15~20 tablets) per day. These may be taken all at one time with a glass of water or fruit juice, or spread through the day with meal.
